Welcome to MNM. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Visitor", or "User") and MNM ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the MNM website, online storefront, mobile and tech accessories catalog, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our site immediately.

2. Store Operations & Eligibility

To place an order with MNM, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store.

3. Products, Specifications & Pricing

We strive to display our hardware products, including wireless chargers, ambient desk fixtures, studio headphones, and magnetic holders, as accurately as possible. All weights, dimensions, battery capacities, and specifications are approximate and provided for reference.

• Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD / LKR and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products at any time.
• Availability: All orders are subject to inventory availability. While we make every effort to ensure live stock accuracy, in the rare event an ordered item is out of stock, our support team will notify you promptly to offer an immediate refund or alternative.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of an inadvertent typographical error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel or decline orders placed for that item.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order details and invoice. This confirmation does not signify final acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to verify payment authenticity and address details prior to dispatch.

• We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through secure TLS 1.3 encrypted payment gateways, as well as Cash on Delivery for eligible local orders within Sri Lanka.
• Payment must be authorized and cleared in full before physical items are released for carrier dispatch.

5. Shipping & Worldwide Fulfillment

All MNM orders are packed in durable, recyclable shockproof packaging and dispatched from our primary distribution facility within 24 to 48 business hours.

• Domestic Delivery (Sri Lanka): 1 to 3 business days with tracking notifications via SMS and email.
• International Delivery: 3 to 7 business days via express air courier services. Custom duties or import taxes, if applicable in your jurisdiction, are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns & 1-Year Warranty

We stand behind the engineering of every product we produce.

• 30-Day Return Window: You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging with all included accessories for a full refund or exchange.
• 12-Month Official Warranty: All electronic devices and power docks include a comprehensive 1-year manufacturer warranty against hardware defects, material malfunctions, and component failures under normal operating conditions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website, including but not limited to brand logos, typography, product photographs, 3D renders, interface designs, icons, code, and written copy, is the exclusive intellectual property of MNM and protected under international copyright, trademark, and industrial design legislation. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MNM and its directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our products or website services.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
